Good Fish offers four varieties of impeccably sourced, wild-caught fish — tuna, salmon, mackerel, and sardines — fished to strict seasonal quotas, hand-processed using traditional methods, and packed with zero nasties. Available in 125g BPA-free tins and 195g or 277g glass jars, each fish is hand-packaged in either brine or certified organic extra virgin olive oil. No additives, nothing artificial, no nasties.

The Range

Alaskan Salmon — Caught at the peak of the Alaskan season and snap frozen at sea, then preserved in certified organic extra virgin olive oil by a team of highly skilled, all-female processors in Spain using traditional Mediterranean methods. Pure, premium, and utterly delicious.

Skipjack Tuna — Fished seasonally off the Canary Islands using ancient line-and-pole techniques — 100% dolphin safe. Snap chilled and hand-filleted in Spain. Wonderful straight from the jar, or in pasta, salads, rice, or quinoa dishes.

Atlantic Chub Mackerel — A prized speciality of Andalusia, caught and cooked on the same day using centuries-old methods. One of the world's most sustainable fish. Delicious on toast, in salads, with ancient grains or hearty pasta.

Sardines — Caught off the coast of Spain and Portugal in small boats with small nets, then cooked and filleted onshore the following day for optimal freshness. Juicy, sweet, and mild in flavour. Preserved whole (minus head and digestive system) with well-documented health properties.
